How do I book a ticket?
Find an event you like, click "Book Now", choose your seats/quantity, and complete the payment. Your ticket will be sent to your email.
Where can I find my booked tickets?
Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings". You can also find them in your email inbox.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellation policies vary by event. Please check the "Refund Policy" mentioned on the event page or in our terms.

What payment methods are supported?
We support all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Netbanking via our secure payment gateway.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds usually take 5-7 working days to reflect in your original payment method after approval.
For Event Organizers
How can I list my event on runrgo?
Click on "List Your Events" in the menu and fill out the inquiry form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Are there any fees for listing?
Basic listing is often free. We charge a small commission on every ticket sold. Contact us for premium boosting options.
