Format, perhead contribution detsils will be shared on or by 31-January-2026. Event Flow: 1. 8:30 AM :: Reporting and collecting event goodies and food coupons and heading for Hi-tea 2. 9:00 AM : Ganesh & Saraswati Vandana 3. 9:15 AM To 1:15 PM :: 1st slot Starts (35 Songs) 4. 11:30 AM :: Starters will be served on tables. 5. 11:45 AM :: Beer counter will be started (Cash & Carry) 6. 1:15 PM To 1:30 PM :: Group Photo 7. 1:30 PM To 2:15 PM :: Buffet Lunch (If 35 songs are not completed then it will be running lunch) 8. 2:15 PM To 5:30 PM :: Second Slot Starts (35 Songs) 9. 5:30 PM To 5:45 PM :: Evening Hi-Tea and Bio Break. 10. 5:45 PM To 10:00 PM :: Final slot of 45 songs. 11. 7:30 PM :: Starters & Welcome Drinks will be served. 12. 8:45 PM Onwards :: Light Buffet Dinner (Along with Singing) 13. 10:30 PM :: Ending Ceremony.....
